We were greeted with a welcoming smile and a great attitude upon entering to check-in. It was suoer clean! Our room was perfect, clean, well stocked with towels. We reserved 2 queen beds and that is what we received - not 2 doubles, which unfortunately happens so much. The bed was so comfortable, the sheets and comforter were fresh and clean, there were enough pillows for everyone to have 2 - did not have to call for extra! Nice upgraded shower head with 3 settings to change around. There was shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the shower to use, not the little annoying bottles: same with hand soap and lotion by the sink. Awesome bathroom lighting! We had an individual working keurig with a few k-cups and the add-ins. Nice surprise of a mini-fridge and microwave which always comes in handy! We had a pool view which was nice. There was an on site gym, the pool and spa, kitchen area in the lobby for the free breakfast. Check out was super easy, and no sneaky charges were added on. The free breakfast was yummy with omelets, sausage, bagels, cinnamon rolls, make your own waffles, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt. The hotel location is walking distance to a grocery store and a shopping plaza with tons of restaurants to chose from. Nice to you you can take leftovers back to your room and able to store them and reheat them as needed. My child really liked this hotel as well and wants to go back.

My husband is receiving cancer treatment at the cancer center one block away. That is the main reason we are in Gilbert. However there are a number of hotels and we are glad we found this one. We will be staying there three more times this month. We do wish we could receive a special hospital visitor rate for this extended stay. The people at the front desk are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious as handicapped and extremely clean. Breakfast is ample and well presented. Lots of choices.

Booked this location based on location for meeting friends. Very impressed with outward appearance when we drove up. Front desk person was very friendly and had my reservation ready. He explained the facility and the amenities. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had several options, both warm and cold. Coffee was excellent (I like my coffee). We will return.

Staff was helpful and pleasant Breakfast was good (staff member handling the breakfast area was a little grumpy with out 9 year old). Other wise it was great. Will stay there again and definatel use this company again.

The breakfast was excellent, and the servers were friendly and helpful. On Easter morning, the staff had Easter eggs out on the tables with little chocolates in the eggs. The room was clean and comfortable. We will defiantly stay there again. The warm cinnamon rolls were an excellent option for breakfast.
